Planning and coordinating care
Our nurses lend a helping hand in vaccination, injections, chronic disease follow up; COPD, Hypertension, Heart Failure, Diabetes* and ear syringing (ear cleaning) and wart treatment.
*Patients who have COPD, Hypertension, Diabetes or Heart Failure are strongly recommended to book at least one visit per annum with the nurse to have a thorough check-up. She will than collaborate with our doctors in case more follow up is required. This will assure the best management of your chronic disease and prevent complication.
